Questions to clarify (10)
- Do you ever work out dates differently from the usual rule? When, and who agrees?
- Sales cut-off: 15 working days for open courses and 10 for client groups. Is that the rule? Why do some courses differ, and who approves it?
- Client 1 (18 Jan): cut-off 30 Nov 2027 on the Cover and 2026 on the tab. Confirm 2026?
- Open courses: 8 of 19 have the cut-off 3 Mondays before the start (21 days = 15 working days), from Oct 2026 to Feb 2027. Is 15 working days the rule?
- Four open courses from Jul to Sep 2026 have 2 Mondays (14 to 17 days = 10 working days). Was that the old rule? Did it change from 2 weeks to 3 weeks, and when?
- Client groups: 9 of 17 have 14 days (10 working days), including in Nov 2026, so they never moved to 15. Do client groups follow 15 as well, or a shorter rule of their own?
- The open courses starting 30 Nov and 7 Dec 2026 (three events) have 4 Mondays (28 days = 20 working days). Why? Christmas?
- The four open courses in Apr and May 2027 have Wed or Thu cut-offs 25 to 26 days before the start, with no pattern. Placeholders?
- The sheet counts Mondays, the rule is in working days. They differ across a bank holiday (for example Easter 2027). Which does the rule follow?
- Some client-group cut-offs are 17 to 55 days before the start with no pattern. Are those deliberate exceptions, and who approves them?
