Until both are set, no day is ever flagged as too busy. The answer comes from the scheduler (see the Questions page).

Capacity window (take people out of the preparation team)

The preparation team is the DLAs who do careers-guidance and sign-up calls. Take one or more out on certain days and the team can do less that day. A day goes red on the Calendar and Find dates rules a date out when more learners need work than the team can do. This only counts once "Teams" and "Learners each team handles" are set above (they are not set yet, so nothing is flagged).

Month-end, month by month

Every month-end is busy, some more than others. The default is "0 DLA out" (set above). Type a number to change one month; type 0 to take nothing out; leave blank to use the default.
